We've been growing our own sprouts for years. The early frustration was always the same — getting the water drained fast enough so the seeds didn't go soggy before they sprouted. (Anyone who's lost a batch to a soggy jar knows exactly what I mean.) That's why we designed the GoodLife Sprouting Lid the way we did.
What's in the kit
1 x GoodLife 500ml Glass Jar
1 x White reusable Sprouting Lid with stainless steel mesh
Instruction leaflet Eco swing tag — minimal packaging, still looks good
How it works
Pop your seeds in the jar & screw on your mesh lid. Fill halfway with water & leave to soak for a few hours. (Follow your instruction guide in the kit for the right amount of seeds for your jar — this activates them & gets them ready to sprout.)
Once soaked, drain the water through the mesh lid & give the seeds a good rinse. From there it's simple — rinse twice a day, am & pm. Shake, flip the jar upside down on the bench & walk away. In around 5 days you've got a jar full of fresh sprouted goodness ready for the table.
