We take a lot of care packing your order and our jars are boxed in strong eggshell cardboard to ensure they arrive safely – but once they leave us they are out of our control and occasionally things can go pear shaped.
If you receive your GoodLife products and they are damaged notify us as soon as possible. Do not reject deliveries that look or sound like there might be damage inside: accept the delivery and provide us with photos of the packaging and any damaged goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then access and try to rectify the situation to ensure all parties are happy with the end result. We strive to have happy customers as our business is driven by word of mouth.
Please choose carefully as we won’t give refunds if you simply change your mind or select the wrong item.
It is our policy to try and send out all orders 24hrs after receiving them, and we do pride ourselves on prompt service to our customers.
Although we try to keep good stock levels, sometimes they prove to be so popular we run out before our next shipment can arrive. If this happens please note we do not do backorders, but will endeavour to keep customers up to date on estimated arrival dates for new stock coming in.
