Our 1L jars come complete with a metal screw on lid supplied on and ready to go. The lid has a fresh button pop centre that allows you to see that the lid is sealed.
Our glass preserving jars are especially designed for all your bottling & preserving needs.
This jar is suitable for all hot bottling, water-bathing and pickling methods. For oven canning or pressure canning please refer to our 1Litre with dome and band lid.
Jars show measurements of cups, mls and ozs down the sides and have our signature fantail. A very versatile family size jar.
They are also perfect for narrow shelving or use in a caravan or boat as the square sides allow you to lie on their sides with minimum roll.
